Electric Sheep x Veloura

Welcoming Electric Sheep to Veloura

A Mediterranean-inspired kitchen in Talat Noi where sustainability, creativity and comfort come together.

About

Electric Sheep is a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant exploring the relationship between food, sustainability, and ultra-urban Bangkok. Set inside a raw, character-filled building in Talat Noi, the space blends exposed decay, industrial details, and soft neon light, creating a calm yet distinctive atmosphere.
Led by chefs Amerigo Tito Sesti and Yoan Martin, the kitchen follows a low-waste philosophy, using fermentation, whole-ingredient cooking, and local Thai produce. Herbs and vegetables are grown on the rooftop, strengthening the connection between city, soil, and season.
Cooking is precise and expressive, combining Mediterranean techniques with mindful gastronomy. Electric Sheep focuses on substance over spectacle - where food, place, and intention come together naturally.
