    The subscription is automatically renewed after 365 days.

  • Yes. Veloura is an app experience, so you will download the app, create an account, and activate your membership inside the platform.

  • After signing up, you can explore the interface and preview some content, while full access to all content and features is unlocked once membership is activated.

  • Yes. New venues, guides, and discoveries are added regularly during your membership year.

  • Access depends on your membership plan — either a single destination or the Thailand bundle.

    If you purchase the Thailand bundle, you will get access to three destinations, including Bangkok, Koh Phangan, and Northern Thailand.

  • Simply open the voucher inside the app, tap redeem, and show the QR code to the venue staff to receive your perk.
