At Veloura, you choose your favorite packages and send us a request. You can select one or multiple packages as you wish. Within 24 hours, we will send you an offer along with a payment link. Once your payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation.

Please note that you must send your request at least 5 days in advance of your desired booking date.

If a package is not available, we will provide you with alternative suggestions.

We reserve the right to reveal the names only after booking. Embrace the mystery - but rest assured, we maintain a high standard in our selection.

You can book as many packages as you want or as many as fit into your travel plan.

If you book more than 4 packages, we will also help you create a personalized itinerary to optimize your stay and make the most of your trip.

We have partnered with our carefully selected restaurants to create exclusive three-course menus, which include an aperitif and water. You can choose between vegetarian, meat, or fish options.

At the end of your meal, there is no bill to pay - though, of course, tipping the staff is always appreciated.

You can also add a beverage pairing with alcoholic drinks when making your request.

For guests staying in one of our accommodations, we also offer an airport pickup service for a smooth and hassle-free arrival.

We are a young and innovative company with multiple ways to communicate. You can reach us via email or WhatsApp - whichever you prefer.

You send us your travel ideas and what you would like to experience. Whether it's a city trip or a longer journey, provide us with as many details as possible.

We will then create a first draft of your itinerary. After that, we would love to connect with you in an online call to discuss the details and tailor the itinerary to your preferences.

Once both sides agree on the draft, a 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking.

For Gourmet Packages & Activity Packages:

• If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

For Accommodations:

• No refunds are available for accommodation bookings.
