How to delete your Veloura account

You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to do it directly in the app.

Delete your account in the app

Open the Veloura application and sign in to your account.
Go to Profile and scroll down.
Tap Delete account.
Type DELETE to confirm the action.

Once confirmed, your deletion request will be processed in line with our data retention and legal obligations.

Can’t access the app?

If you cannot log in, no longer have access to your device, or have already uninstalled the app, please contact us and we will help you delete your account.

What happens when your account is deleted

Account access

Your account will be permanently deleted and you will no longer be able to sign in.

Personal data

We will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account unless we are required to retain certain data for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, or compliance purposes.

Subscriptions and purchases

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel subscriptions billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Please manage or cancel active subscriptions through the platform where you purchased them.

Processing time

We aim to process valid deletion requests within 30 days. In some cases, this may take longer if additional verification or legal retention is required.
